I'm Holly - a neurodivergent NICU nurse who reached a point of deep burnout and realized I needed a different way of living. I have always felt things intensely and cared deeply, which made me a devoted nurse, but also left me depleted. Green Spirit Apothecary grew from my own healing- returning to nature, herbal medicine, ritual, and slower, more intentional living. This space is my way of creating a life that nourishes rather than drains, and sharing that process with others who are seeking gentleness, grounding, and connection to themselves again.
